One of the things I wanted to accomplish with the new "Portal" home page is to make it easier for me to post updates. I'm going to begin featuring a new photo every week from Ed Kruel's photo collection. You can see the whole collection in Photo Collections, but it's a lot to look at and take in at once.

The first photo I posted below was taken at the 1973 South Dakota Governors Cup Race, and features the Deere factory race trailer. The racers from left to right are: JR Pederson, mechanic Bernie Johnson, Bill Borth, & John Orvis.

This new Portal page will potentially be the new JDsleds.com home page. It is more interactive with the forums, while still containing the links to the other sections of the site. The "Board Index" link in the main menu to the left takes you to the normal forum list.
