History/Number if Raced-It was raced by the dealer's son in many smaller 50 and 100 mile circuits in Wisconsin. Later after it was non competitive in cross country the 340/s was set up as a drag racer. The original owner told me he had won many trophys with this sled although he had thrown them all away. He said he was quite dominant in cross country for the first three years. From around 79-84 he turned to drag racing. His only competition was him and another gentleman with a 340 Mercury Trail Twister. They pretty much took turns winning.
Special Comments-Nice solid sled that runs and is only missing a couple parts
