Yes, it sounds like I have bad side crank seals MAG? Is this possible for some of the novice mechanics like myself to do?
I would love to have it rebuilt, wish I lived near MN. Anybody on thr forum around PA!

Like my sled now, it takes 10 minutes of pulling. Alot of posts say crank seals are easy, but can you get to them without tearing engine apart? Some posts say Screen in tank? Whwer would you start first, this being you already cleaned carb.

Hi, I cleaned the carb and the spit runs pretty good, un til you shut it off. Then pul pull pullllll. This is after riding a half hour! I never checked the screen in the gas tank, or the plastic external gas filter. Any clues?

Great thanks! Looking at the manual the piece that is cracked a little at the bottom is the jet needle.

Ok I have the carb out, I removed the main jet, it has cracks in the end of it. Would this be causing my problems?

Yes, the sled fires up fine and when you go to give it gas it bogs and stalls with no choke, flies with choke on. Also once it stalls it wont start again until about 30 pulls! After it was warmed up?

I read the article 101 carb cleaning. I screwed the air screw 1 1/2 turns out, pulled out the pilot or main jet and it was clean. Where is the main jet located? I only see the obvious ones on top. With that said it still only goes with choke open...

Hello, my spit starts up with choke on, I warm it up and turn choke off and it wants to bog. As im riding if i pull the choke on, it takes off great. Do these sleds have airfilters? Or what could be causing this?
