Re: k295-2ax pistons
engine has sold, buyer did not want the pistons. I think 100$ is a fair price for the pistons, I'm sure you know how easy they are to find.

k295-2ax pistons
I have for sale 2 NOS piston kits for a k295-2ax out of a jd 300. They are std. bore, and contain piston, pin, rings and circlips. I am asking 100$ for both and you pay the shipping. I may consider a trade for a working sprintfire cdi or stator. send me a PM or call 204-868-5260.

Re: sprintfire pistons
with the pistons being oversize, are the rings still designed for a chome bore? after boring the cyl. it would have to be replated. I was thinking that the rings would be designed for an iron bore, eliminating the need to replate.

sprintfire pistons
I was wondering if anybody has tried using oversize spitfire, invader pistons in a sprintfire? I have a set and am getting my cylinders bored to try it. I'm not sure if the rings will stand up or not.
