From the AAen installation instructions for the Invader pipes after doing the mods to the cylinders and heads. Best results were without the air box using a 38mm carb with no power jet. LTD 4/6 pipes would have a ball socket connection at the manifold. As was pointed out on the kawasakitrax site, this is a rare high performance pipe kit and a nice find.palepainter wrote:Looks like someone simply put the LTD pipes on the Invader. Does not look like the 4/6 motor.

Have you checked the wire runs to make sure you don't have some wires that have rubbed through and are shorting somewhere?
