Broke the little stem that comes out and stops the throttle on the carb on my 75 400. Know where i can pick up a carb body in Wi???

I have a 71 Skiroule with a CCW 400 in it. How much compressions should it have. My tester shows over 200 per side. Sounds a little high to me.

Looking for a John Deere sled in Wisconsin. Would prefer a first generation sled that is green but not picky. Just need something for a few antique rides so nothing special, but would like to eventually to a full restore.
