We have always run NGK BR9ES plugs in our Kioritz reed engines and had great luck. That should be the one you need.

Try unplugging the engine from the machine harness. You should have spark with the engine unplugged. If you DO have spark with the engine unplugged, you more than likely have a bad key switch, or a bad kill switch on the throttle handle. I can attempt to rebuild yours. Sometimes you find out once you open them up, they are scrap. But, i''d be more than glad to take a look at it for you. I've rebuilt quite a few of these over the past several years.

I'm not sure there is much clearance between the heat exchanger and the track to accommodate a much taller lug. My advice would be to have someone with a little newer sled break trail for you.
