Got the front skis, 10in competition carbides, and shocks all mounted. She sits really low in the front.

With the rear skid in. There isn't a whole lot of adjustment for more ski pressure on the ice. I"ve seen many guys do Many different things. I wanted to keep it simple as possible. So I choose to use 2 simple hose clamps. Allows me to adjust really easy and fast for different track conditions. ...

Managed to install most of the steering,Fuel Tank, Chain case, Jackshaft and mounted the fuel rebuilt fuel pump. I polished both tie rods by screwing in a 3/8-24 bolt with the head cut off.
