It would be nice to see that 440 liquidator top end from the biggest collector in Texas sit in that 440 chassis !!!

I have a buddy that has 3 78' cross countries, 3 75' 340-S, 3 76' liquidators, 3 74' 295-S, and a 440 liquidator and that is just a start !! He is the most passionate collector I know, willing to help out at the snap of a finger.

"Keep it local" thinking would sure limit the market and price for the seller. If that happened, there would be a lot fewer vintage sleds in Canada, including a couple nice 84 Liquifires. I've seen a lot more sleds and parts going north than I've seen coming south. Just sayin...... Calm d...

What are you thinking you want out of the sled at auction? condition from the pics, wrong motor (kind of a biggy) I would say in the $800-$1000 range??

What a buy !! I can not believe a piece of JD history like that sold so cheep and I am not even a deere guy !
