school me on the spitfire and sprintfire
I'm thinking of turning one into a ice oval machine....just for fun, no sanctioned races....not always on ice, sometimes on snow....how reliable are these? Good power? Let me know what you think

what's a good deere for ice ovals/ and on a budget
I'm looking at getting maybe a spitfire or sprint fire for local races, nothing super competitive, just for fun really. yes, it's fuel....spark is always blue and strong. I think I may have solved it tonight. I decided to take out the fuel pump that I had cleaned and this time I put new diaphragms and gaskets in it. It seems to work much better now. I guess the diaphragms were bad even though they felt fine....wierd ...

76 liquifire running out of fuel???
Wondering if anyone had this issue before? I drained the fuel tank, cleaned the fuel pump, everything seemed good, cleaned carbs, ect. This sled starts on one or two pulls every time. After I run it around the house a few times, it dies......seems that the fuel pump isn't supplying the carbs. Did th...
