I put the 83 polaris drive shaft in mine and the chain box and gears . I think i had to trim the spline half inch off. Keep in mind i never bolted it all up tight but just to see as i am doing a nut and bolt resto on mine.

Good info! :dance: I will have to look close at the shaft,the 2 drive wheels are held on with through bolts,the right hand one has play so I know thats a issue. SER # on her is 082371 with a NOV 77 Build date. Would a CAT or POLARIS axle fit in her if need be? Have experance at pressing the HEX dri...

The SKS was scrapped when i got it but now i have a 1983 polaris 600 suspension it bolted right in with the chaincase and driversMatt wrote:Anything is possible, but no, not really. At that point, why don't you fix up the SKS to ride?

Hi everyone just wanted to say i lucked out the 136 skid track fit the Cyclone perfect the polaris drivers bolted right in but much bigger than the cyclone. Also the complete chainbox from the polaris can also be used in the deere also the Polaris is 1991 500lc SKS

I picked up the indy but it was too long and too high its from a sks 136 i believe

cyclone skid and track swap
hi deere dudes i have a cyclone 440 FC and would loke to swap the rear skid and track with one that has a higher suspension. Does anyone know of a skid that installs without to much trouble. Any help will be awesome
