Thats what i originally thought, but when the sled sat for awhile, it seemed to leak even below that point...

Hello, I was wondering if anybody has had any issue with fuel tank leaks in their JD sleds. Last season i noticed that my snowmobile was doing terrible on fuel usage, and after some looking it seemed that there was fuel leaking out from under the tank, down the front of the tank towards the engine. ...

Well I just did it and put in the non-resistor caps, runs great in the shop, I guess I'll have to wait for snow to run a long ride and see how it goes. I guess if my CDI goes within the next year or so I can blame it on that. Either way I'm glad it runs good...for now. Sent from my XT1049 using Tapa...
