Make sure to replace or at least check the fan bearing. A common overlooked item that has been the cause of several burndowns in my region.

The 78 Liquifire suspension is a prized system in the realm of the full body Liquifires and Cyclones. I see in your pictures that you have the C heads. These are Deere heads. the Your tr800 drive clutch is right. Your carbs look right. The 83 carbs should have been jetted different from each other. The PTO side a little richer than the mag side. You do not have the HSR ignition set up. Your original...

You must be very committed to that track to make custom drivers for it. Are the new sprockets around the same diameter of the stock ones so as to remain in the stock gearing neighborhood?
