If you can find someone to get them to Cheyenne, Wyoming, I could at least get them to Eastern South Dakota.
Let me know.

1980 Liquifire SOLD on eBay
Prices have definately gone up. I bought my first vintage sled about a year ago and have been looking for more off and on throughout the year. Makes me happy I picked up the few I did. And makes me feel the need to go pick up some others that have been kindly donated before the owners realize they c...

Found my one lunger
Picked up a 1976 Yamaha GS300 one lunger. Sled runs and looks great. Only has 729 miles on it. What can anybody tell me about this type of sled?

good to know that the 300 and JDX will interchange. It does have the Kohler with boggies. Serial number is 722601983. Should be a fun one for the kids.
Now the fun starts.

Engine is complete, carb is rusted up but may be salvagable, track is great, but missing all the plastic between the seat and the hood, should be interesting to find, and no seat!!
Can't seem to find many parts listed on evil bay for this sled. How hard am I going to have to look?

Primary Clutch
Don't laugh at me if I'm wrong, I need a book for this thing if you can't tell ( so if anybody has one I'd be interested), but I think it is the TR800. It is engaging at about 5000 RPM's and that just seems high to me. I could be wrong.

1984 Decals
The decals on my 84 liquifire are toast, or will be once I clumsily take them off. Is there anybody who makes or has a replacement set of decals.

wht can I do to unstick a primary clutch, short of tearing it down. Or is this a problem that can't be fixed without a dif. clutch.

74 JD 300
I'm looking at a 74 JD300, all there all original minus the windshield. It appears to be in great shape, good seat, good paint, clean engine, and supposedly ran a few years ago. Guys asking $300. Is it worth it? I've brought a few sleds home recently and don't know if I should push my luck on this o...

Balls Beater Run
Just curious. I live in Wyoming and the first weekend in February is the Balls Beater Run, in Lena Wisconsin. I'll be there and was wondering if any others on this site will be. Would be kind of fun to meet others with what is becoming more obvious every day as the JD sickness!!! Website is www.ball...

1978 Spitfire
I'm going to get them, I figure out of two 78 spitfires I should be able to make one nice one. Both have good tracks and complete motors. One sled is missing a seat and carb but the other ran recently. I'll let you all know what I end up with.

1978 Spitfire
I may be picking up a couple of 1978 spitfires but know nothing about them. Any information would be good. Like is it any harder to find parts for them then the other deere sleds? and is there any big difference between a kohler and kawasaki engine? Any help will be good, as most of you know I'm new...

Just Plain Happy!!!!
:D :D Got the parts I needed in for my Liquifire and started her up for the first time tonight. Damn I'm happy. Now that I know it will run, and move, I can tear it apart and start rebuilding her. I didn't want to put too much into cosmetics until I knew the powerplant was working, or would work. St...

Problem finding gas cap
You can try Parts Unlimited. I believe they carry caps for up to 1982 sleds.
