WTB 78 Cyc/Liq alum susp rail

I'm in the market for one slide rail for a 78 Cyclone. Previous owner must have thought the coefficient of friction of aluminum would be less than HDPE. Nope. Have considered TIG welding on a alum slat, face milling flat and cutting a slot, but its a lot of work I'd rather devote to something else. I'm in NE Minn. Thanks-al
