Hi Wade..............I think i can help you out on this one.

If you look at the pic in the parts book at 54100 you will notice that it shows two raised receiver clips that hold the pin pull. None of my Dators <and i have a few> have that including my Enduro Teem Deere sled. I have never noticed that before. Kind of odd.

Dont think i have any extras but i can certainly send you one to re-pop. Looks pretty basic that Tasky could probably even do it. <with colored diagrams of course>.

Send me your address if interested.

 Mother Deere's Engineers probably took that off the " Base, Silencer " to save weight on the Dators, & to make the air box set flatter for better Air Flow/Performance..

Just my $.06785 worth

Chuck, I just wanted to say thanks. I have been learning to live with my disability for many years now. I am almost embarassed to admit it but because of you I will hide my shame no more. You have given me the courage to come forward and let everyone know that I am color blind. I first learned of my gift in grade school. I was the only boy drawing pictures of snowmobiles using the whole box of crayons, yes all 8 of them. It did not matter what color they where Blue Ski-Doo's, Yellow Polaris, and Green Scorpions. I just colored away dreaming of a world filled with snowmobiles. Color did not matter to me, I could see past all of the superficial trappings most of the world seems to abide by. Chuck I may not be able to see colors but I do believe that the color of your soul is what I imagine Blitz Black to be.

Wade, several of my Dators have them but one does not. I could use one if you are doing run of these.

Thanks Bill
