Wanted pistons 295-2ax update

pls help me in finding Std size pistons for my 295-2ax motor i have been looking all over the web and was directed to place a ad here any help would be great
Looking for pistons Std size, with rings, wrist pin and cage bearing, or willing to go 10 over size if i can get some, hoping for at least 2 sets

Are you in Manitoba, when my JD300 was being re-built I found a local dealer with the overbored version of what you are looking for. Been a couple years and it was pricey but he said he could order for me. Someone here also offered....Turned out to be just a headgasket issue on my end..

Surprised the heck out of me they could order the parts still after trying to source a new recoil....(ended up just needing the spring and a bit of file work)..

If nobody helps here I might be able to go through my old notes to find the place...Think it was on main and it also did cylinder scoring etc. also.

FYI they were PRICEY from what I remember, person here was way cheaper.

Yes I am in Winnipeg, mb area and have two motors that i would like to rebuild, if you can find the business name pls let me know I will check them out. I really hope that I don't have to start all over with a new project I just want to drive the old girls with the nephew, but no pistons means no sled...

There very slow to respond to emails try calling them I talked to them just today they have a lot of parts for that engine the guy said.

I just got off the phone with Growth products (Phone: 989-235-4294 Fax: 989-235-4990) 124 S. Lake St. / Crystal, MI 48818 or check out the webpage listed above, ps i did ask if he had any 10 over and they do not.
I ordered 2 sets (4 pistons) they are supposed come with everything ie ring pins and bearing Std size and he has more in stock was about 55 $ per piston and they ship to CANADA WEEEEEEEEEEE! can't wait. very nice man never did get his name just wanted to pass that on to others that may be looking I sure hope that this does not go against and rules on this form

I would call him rather than email I think they do better old school

At this time I have not Tried JDSledshed could also be a good lead

i got the new pistons in last week and they look good, the wrist pins fit very nice, i only wish they would have come with needle bearings but i knew this going in. no pics can't seam to get it working now, i belive that these pistons are new made in the past few years not an NOS just my opinion, give them a call at growth products they are great and friendly
