Alright so I'm working on it now. I have some gas in the tank from last time and it seems as though it went right into the motor. Pulled plugs and gas was shooting out like crazy (from header too). Pulled until no more came out. Put some gas in tank, pulled. Gas seems to be leaking from the fuel pump but I also noticed gas pouring out of the carb at the breather line next to the fuel inlet line. What does this mean?

Also the fuel pump was replaced at some time because it's a plastic one, mikuni round style

Your fuel pump diaphram may have a hole in it.

Fuel may be going directly into the engine through the impulse line.

If you have gas coming out of the carb over-flow line, the fuel inlet needle/seat are not working and shutting off the fuel supply. This could be from a faulty needle/seat or stuck floats. If you have that much fuel in the carb, the fuel is coming up thru the bottom passage-ways and going directly into the crankcase.
A way to check this:
Remove the airbox
Remove the carb and place it in a bowl that fits in where the air box goes, keeping the carb up as it would be in the carb mount. With the fuel valve on, walk away from it and check on it later. If the needle/seat is bad, eventually the carb will over flow and start to fill up the bowl.
