Gas Guage to Trade

Post by jdsledsrgr8 »

Bought this NOS gas guage off of ebay. I must have missed understood the description because it does not fit a cyclone/liquifire gas tank.

Does anyone have a NOS gas guage that is correct for a cyclone/liquifire and willing to trade for this guage. I am guessing it must fit a different model year.

Thanks for any help. I will be at the Amber Poker Run and can trade in person.

Don't think it's NOS either. Looks like a nice Kelch unit.

I think it's the 2.5", if it were the 2.25" it would fit the Cyclone/Liquifire.

Ya looks like plain after market to me. Is it threaded or the 1/2 turn type? I've actually found the cheapest gauges at mills fleet farm in Fargo

The deer gauge should have the logo and I think the colour is different

Sorry just got back infront of my computer. Yep it is the 2.5 inch cap and a Kelch.

It was right there in front of my face but I did not take the time to read the description on ebay.

So it will fit 83-84 model sleds. No good to me, someone interested in trading me for one that will fit my 76 cyclone? If not anyone interested in puchasing, happy to sell it for much less than what I paid for it.

Great. Thank you Matt. You are coming in town for the HOF Challenge right?

I will be there on Friday for the Poker Run. What to just exchange at that time?
