Yes. I spoke with the guy from day one. He sent me pics, we negotiated a price, he agreed, I said I'd send the $$ and arrange transportation, he agreed. Then he sends and e-mail back saying he is putting it on E-Bay.

Yup, it's a 1982 motor needs to be rebuilt, he thinks it's gold.

I sent an e-mail back to him saying that he should have just sold it to me because he's probably not going to get out of it what I would have paid him for it. Additionlly, he'll have to pay E-Bay fees and PayPal fees on top of that.

I'm still going to bid on it but I am less than happy with the way he has handled it.
