Welcome to the club Wade. Very prestigious group of historians. On the upside I dont think there are any dues to be in it. You will have to ask Chuck to be sure if you can be in it or not. Let the hazing begin..... Sometimes things turn up when it is most unlikely.

Just wanted to let you two know that i have nothing to do with the Bad Dator Crank Club. I have no desire to be a member. With Mr Tasky as your Club Founder and President it is well worth listening to his sincere form of wisdom and desperation. Once in this club..... "you can check out but you can never leave".....

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but After some conversations & texting with Jerome He has found out that the rod that I found that I thought would work with just a shim being added to the new rod to take care of a couple of problems with the rusted Dator cranks, won't work, so it'll be back to the drawing boards when I get up to Jerome's shop in a week or so.
I've pretty much come to the realization that my Bull Whip is not going to make it to Waconia this year so unless Jerome is swamped with crank work, I hope we can get something figured out

I figure I better get ahead of this thing here. The press can be so brutal at times. Scandal has indeed wreaked havoc on the club. I to owe Jerome a great debt. About a year ago he worked his magic upon some rusty detritus I ambitiously thrust upon him. With some parts from an anonomous doner crank an apple core and a paper clip he was able to resolve my crank issues for me. I chose not to let the rest of the world know. I am not sure why. Maybe I just got used to the whole celebrity of it and all of the perks. I appologize to anyone that feels cheated. Havent I lead you guys in the right direction? Are we not in a better place than before there wasnt even a club? Ladies and Gentlemen I deplore you am I not human? Wade, You have been the best vice president we have ever had sorry for misleading you. I hereby resign as reigning supreme being in the bad crankshaft club.
