I made an engine pressure tester tonight. I think it will work quite well. I will post up some pics for all to see and bash me on if need be . I have read Harleys post in the FAQ about this procedure.
One question:
How much air pressure will the crank seals and middle seal hold before failing?
Second question:
7psi is very little and one bump or (oops) of the flow control valve on the tester may end up in severe problems correct?

Yes, it does but it doesnt read in single digits, it reads from 20 psi on up. I have a gauge on this tool I made that the max is 30psi.
