78 Spitfire Jetting

any help would be appreciated if anyone has technical manual for the Spitfire, I need to double check my 28mm carb settings; not running properly.

Im currently running a 240 main and 30 pilot.
I have a low end bog, yet I am running too lean at about 0 deg. everything is stock on this sled,all seals appear to be good, and everything is super clean.
