how can i what year my jdx8 is? there isnt an date of manufature stamped in the tunnel??? i think its a 72-73??? the next question is what be a far price for it???

On the stamped numbers; where it says "type": JDXB , B stands for '73 ( second year of production ).
Beyond that, JDX's were only made in '73, '74, and '75. The tell tail differences were that the '73s were all bogie, with a 440/21 engine. The '74s were slide rail, with a 440/22 engine. The '75s had the hood like the other sled on the trailer, with a tuned pipe setup similar to what was used on the 295/S.
The '73 JDXs seem to be the least pursued. The X4 because of its steel tunnel and 295 Kohler engine. The JDX8 I'm not as sure about. Perhaps that it is bogie, I really don't know. I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with them.
