Need a Hose

Post by 80spitfire »

Hey everyone,

I'm in need of a hose for my Liquidator restoration. I have all the plumbing finished on the sled except the one hose that runs from the bottom of the block to the lower water pump fitting. The part number for it is M66719. I know it's a long shot to find one, but I could really use one and would really appreciate it if any of you have one that you would be willing to let go. I would prefer NOS, but a good used one would work in a pinch too.

Thanks guys,
Brian

OK Brian... We all know that trying to find an extra Liquidator anything is just not out there. What I have is complete motors or darn close to it. These motors contain all hoses. 1 motor = 1 Liquidator as the rest is fairly easy to find. If this is the only thing stopping you from completing your restoration than I am willing to pull one off so you can complete your sled if that is what it takes. In return you still need to keep an eye out for a hose and send it back at a latter date. I have motors for projects for some time so it could be a few years before I will be in need of this hose. I will probably forget. <I,m sure I will>. Don't look for NOS but a good useable hose. Will this work for you?... If this works send me your address and I will ship it out.

I really appreciate the offer man. I was able to actually work out a tentative deal recently with a fellow board member on a used one in ok shape which will hopefully be good enough to seal. So, hopefully I'm good to go now, but I will certainly let you know if it doesn't work out. Again though, I really do appreciate you being willing to help me out with this. It really is a true testament to how great you guys are on this board.

Thanks,
Brian

Awesome Kenny thanks a bunch for looking for me. Even if I am able to get the used one, I'd definitely still prefer NOS as this one doesn't sound like it's in the best of shape; all though it does sound usable.

Thanks,
Brian
