Bob,

It's pretty rare to see an original molded Dator seat in that nice of condition. Very cool. The sled progress looks great too.

As for hospitality, I can vouch that a trip to Winnipeg is worth every mile. A few years ago Adam and I found ourselves picking up a sled from Jamie Ansuew (sp) and Bob treated us like royalty. His "Toy Store" is a must see:

Adam and I still talk about how cool that trip was, and that was almost 4 years ago now. Thanks again Bob!

Thanks for the kind words Joe---Yea you don't see to many original Dator seats anymore.

Here are a few pics, sled is almost ready to go on display at the toy store>>>

I'm off to Mexico for a nephew's wedding on Saturday, gone for a week---so Dator will have to wait to get finished.

Yes, i figured it was original seat. Just wondering if you were oh so lucky to have a NOS seat.
But being an original used seat and looking like that to me is even more impressive than a NOS one.

You are a blessed man Bob.
You are doing a wonderful job on that sled. I am sure will be stunning when complete.

Thanx Dave

Had a nice week in Mexico, got back to work on the Dator. Just about finished, need to replace some seat snaps, tunnel snaps, as the seat has shrunk a fair bit. Should be ready for the showroom soon.
