Im in the same bout as you. I was looking into making one for myself as I'm an engineering student at wiu and they have a 3-d printer. I'll have to use some cad software and try and replicate it however because they don't have a scanner. If u don't have any luck finding one, as they are hard to find, ill post back as to how I make out with making one. If it turns out well I might be able to hook you up!

Two versions of this dash are out there.
The short one has only holes for ignition and choke. No guages.
The tall one has room for the gauges.
At one time DK trader had piles of both.
Maybe Randy has NOS ones?
