Parting out a 79 Spitfire this week. Front end is smashed, so it's getting parted out.
The bad:
Kill switch junk
Throttle and brake blocks, either missing or broken
Missing air box
Missing windshield
One bent ski
Bumper seriously bent
One bent hinge
Rear bumper bent
Questionable:
Seat foam - will no more when I have it off the sled
Fuel tank - faded
The track looks fair to good condition. It has the normal cracking on the drive lugs. I will know more when I get it off the sled.
Every thing else looks pretty good. The engine runs when spraying gas in the carb.
