This wasn't in anything found it moving a buddy in his new garage. Is the fan by the recoil on this?

Fuji Heavy was/is Polaris, Fuji or Fuji Lite was Chaparral, later had a name change to Xenoah, these were used in Chaparral, Argo, Rupp ( with higher HP than Chaparral )
Also the Fuji/Xenoah engines were surplussed out by the hundreds in the mid 70's & were used for replacement engines by consumers of various sleds including the Scorpion Bull Whips etc.
at one time JD even looked at these engines but they couldn't pass Deere's rigorous dyno testing for reliability from what I was told..
