1979/80 Liquifire for sale
I have to many projects so I am selling my Liquifire. I believe it is a 79 or 80. It is in very good condition but it has been sitting for a couple years and will need the carbs cleaned. It has good compression and will run by spraying gas in the carbs but will not start otherwise so I think the carb floats might be gummed up. The seat is not torn and the windshield is not cracked. On the serial number tag it says the date of manufacturing is 08/79. I would like $800 for it. My number is 563-451-3909

JDX4Life,
Just to let you know, with an August of 79 build date, your Liquifire is a 1980 model. There was no Liquifire for 79, only carry overs. Thought you might want to know... Good luck selling your sled, she looks decent.

If you look at the picture of the vin plate you can see the remenants of the black paint around the decals. It seems that someone meticulously removed all of the paint.sledz wrote:Why is the tunnel not painted Black??

Whats going on with the rear suspension? Looks like the rear bolt mount was moved forward.

Looks like she has the "deep snow kit" installed, that is basically the Sportfire length rear arm and shock kit. Deere offered them back in the 80's.
