I bought this nice dune buggy from Craigslist. Previous owner told me the motor was rebuilt and I of course believed him. Looked good all around.

First day out I bent this bell crank. Sorry pic shows it repaired.

2nd day out blew the motor. Luckily I found this one locally.

Since I never used sleds I couldn't tell the sucker was firing one cyl after 200 rpm. Swapped the coil wires ... problem solved

Used a Polaris 1 to 2 splitter for the throttle cable

The duals would have been nice if the seat would have fit. Also I want low end grunt not top end so I fitted the DG.

Now I need to adjust the clutch to a kawasaki mule 610 4x4 belt since that's the one that fit the distance. It seems to have about a 1/4 inch gap at the drive clutch that I have to close up.
