As the Topic Title says I need a source for a Fuel cap Gauge number AM52482. Fuel Gauge for steel tank mid mount sleds. I want to find a few nos, or new ones from a supplier. As long as it works, function is KEY. All the ones I have are rusted or the top is broken or too yellow to see the gauge. I did do a search but have not found anything that will work, or says it will for the steel tanks found in the 73 mid mounts.
I bought the ones from NewBreed for the plastic tanks and they work just fine. Which leads me to my next thing I want. Do they make ones that are vented gas caps like AM53333 (ei Like form New Breed Parts For plastic tanks Mid mount sleds but vented) I am having a problem with the vented tank fittings (AM53377) not working right and have stop and open tank to get air in.
