ddub is working on the process to make these right now and should be able to make a variety of different versions for different models once he has the plastic and adhesive figured out:

I have some of the JD crests in process, 2 are finished.

I don't have this style listed above, it appears as if the actual plastic is the same as this one?

Does anyone have one of the styles like in the first post that they can send me? It does not have to be mint. I just need to be able to get correct spacing, size etc.

i have an 800 one I promised to jdxspec , if its ok w/him you could use it as a sample for those , that seems to be a popular model to restore wade

Yes - the plastic is the same - all the models in the '75 lineup used that long one same as the JDX8 one I sent you.
