Notice the "tweaked" rear lift handle and the '79 style snowflap. The Liquifire pictured in the Sneak Preview foldout literature does not have the mid idler wheels like this one which would indicate a Trailfire skid, but it does appear to have a similar grab handle canted forward towards the seat. It must be a Sport or Trail chassis because the bumper to hood tolerances are Trailfire and it lacks the larger hood tie straps of the Liquifire. Interestingly, the Sneak Preview machine has a small foot brace mounted on the tunnel footboard where the operator's foot might rest. I will attempt to photograph the literature for posting on this thread.

Nice looking rear bumper but guessing it wouldn't allow gloved hands as readily as the other style.

Thanks for posting this Pat, love to see "what might have been".

In the first pic that is posted at that race of the Liquifire, I can't help but notice how similar the graphics are to this Massey Ferguson that is on craigslist near me. Maybe it's just me, but the color, style, and shape is almost exact. Her is a link to the sled http://lasalle.craigslist.org/bar/4840246581.html
