Well doing work tonight figured out the bearing on the jackshaft on the clutch side is bad so time to tear it down again.....

There's a good chance the shaft is worn also. They can be built back up by welding and turned down. Of my 3 Liquifires all have had cracked inner bearing races on the secondary side of the Jack shaft.

The chain case side is 7/8" ID

So if replacing both Jack shaft bearings you will need one of each.

Might also want to take a look at the track driver bearings. The bearing on the spedo drive side tends to take a beating (because of water).

That takes 2 of the 1" ID bearings

So today went to a smowmobile show today notice what I ran into. A 83 and a 80 with a 84 hood. Then when I got back worked on replacing the collar for the bearing then went on a gunk cleaning spree and then took the skid out and found a few problems...
