Carlisle visited the site today and were surprised at the interest in this belt. We will have the belts made. Now it is a matter of do we individually prepay and put the money in a pot, one person buys them and distributes them or....... and this is what I want and am trying to talk them into, they make the 69170 a regular Ultimax belt. I will keep you all informed.

Since you guys are talking belts, my original JD belt on my 800 of course was worn and frayed. I didn't have much information at that time on what belt I should have or fit to my sled. I found a Dayco HP belt (bought from MFG Supply), that said would fit my machine. I put it on, and it seems to be a really tight fit. Does anyone have any info on this type of belt, or should I be searching for a different one? Maybe the ones you guys are talking about? Thanks.

Just for reference, the JD Parts manual says it shoud be a M64550, which this Dayco claims to be a valid replacement.
