80 liquifire loads up after about an hr running

I have a 80 liquifire that loads up after around an hr running.leave it set for 15 min and it runs fine.do you think it's a temp issue?temp Guage is broken I ordered a new one and am looking for new thermostat.Talked to a guy today that thought the crank seals might be bad.looking for thoughts.thanks

I would think that with bad seals you would not get an hour of run time out of it.

But anytime there is a question as to the condition of your seals change them out.

The alternative will ruin your day and maybe your season.
