I am looking for a nice, straight shaft that goes from the secondary clutch to the chaincase for an 82 340. Also looking for an excellent track for it. The 82 and up tracks are half inch wider than pre 82.

According to the parts manual, all Trailfires used the same jackshaft. I don't have mine apart to be able to measure. I bought the sled for my wife to use and it works fine, but just has a little more vibration than I like. Somehow, the jackshaft got bent a little because I can see the end that the secondary clutch is on has a little wobble. Jeff

Larry the complete engine you have sitting there is not s trailfire engine. Its a drifter 440 or a sportfire 440. Depending on the intake. I might be interested in that if its not sold? Always looking for sporty engine parts. Lmk
