Wtb M69180 shaft for shock on 84 LF

Post by mfd1221 »

Need the shaft for the shock on my 84 LF parts book looks like M69180. Would prefer NOS but would take a nice used one. Shipping to Manhattan IL 60442, thanks Jim

Jim,

I should have a spare NOS lower shock shaft. I will hold off on shipping your eye bolts for another day to combine shipping if you want it. $20.00 should cover it.

Jim,

You are all set, an NOS lower shock shaft was put in with your other parts, and will go out tomorrow.

The parts book makes it look like that shaft is supposed to go through the bottom of the front suspension arm behind the pivot with the mid 6" boogie wheels, doesn't the shaft just sit in between the frame rails and bolt in from the sides? Thanks Jim

It's the Trailfire and Sportfire that the shock connects to the arm, yes on the Liquifire it's a separate shaft.
