I have reproduced ski bushings M48105 (sub M66254) which uses 3/8 bolts as well as M67890 which uses 7/16 bolts (Cross Country). I will post pictures as soon as my new camera arrives. My intention is to also offer a "set" which would include bushings/bolts/nuts/washers in both sizes. If you're interested contact me via email at bison1112002XX@yahoo.com (Remove XX)

Re: Ski Bushings
Hey DA this is a good idea.
So many sleds need attention in this area.
The kits should sell well.
Thanks for taking it on.

Don, I never knew the bushings and bolts were different with the Cross Country.WinnipegStPaul9 wrote:I have reproduced ski bushings M48105 (sub M66254) which uses 3/8 bolts as well as M67890 which uses 7/16 bolts (Cross Country). Pat, the CC uses 7/16 bolts and between Brock and I we highly recommend switching sleds over to them. It will require you to drill out the bolt holes in the saddle from 3/8 to 7/16.

Re: Ski Bushings
Does that mean the OD of the bushing is the same, so it fits in the standard spindle?WinnipegStPaul9 wrote:Pat, the CC uses 7/16 bolts and between Brock and I we highly recommend switching sleds over to them. It will require you to drill out the bolt holes in the saddle from 3/8 to 7/16.

Re: Ski Bushings
O.D. is exactly the same so the wall is thinner. Also 1.9620 wide.
