Ski Bushings

Post by WinnipegStPaul9 »

I have reproduced ski bushings M48105 (sub M66254) which uses 3/8 bolts as well as M67890 which uses 7/16 bolts (Cross Country). I will post pictures as soon as my new camera arrives. My intention is to also offer a "set" which would include bushings/bolts/nuts/washers in both sizes. If you're interested contact me via email at bison1112002XX@yahoo.com (Remove XX)

Hey DA this is a good idea.

So many sleds need attention in this area.
The kits should sell well.

Thanks for taking it on.

Don, I never knew the bushings and bolts were different with the Cross Country.

Pat, the CC uses 7/16 bolts and between Brock and I we highly recommend switching sleds over to them. It will require you to drill out the bolt holes in the saddle from 3/8 to 7/16.

Does that mean the OD of the bushing is the same, so it fits in the standard spindle?

O.D. is exactly the same so the wall is thinner. Also 1.9620 wide.
