Looking for a family Spitfire

Post by hounds84lhs »

Hi, just thought I would throw this out there on a chance one of our members has my uncle's old Spitfire. It would have been purchased from my brother, who lives in Jericho, WI, about 10 years ago. That's part of the WI Holyland for those of you not familiar with WI. I have several JD sleds but no Spitfire and thought it would be cool if I could find his.

Thanks for all your help on other matters with my sleds. Hopefully I will get that 1980 Liquifire running this year.

I will check with my brother but I don't think he has much on the sled. He isn't blessed with the same addiction to Deere sleds, that I have.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Where does one look for the rubber hood strap for a 78 Spitfire? Bout out of ideas. That is the very last piece for a basic restoration. Thanks
