im restoring a old 76 cyclone
how much paint will it take?
hood and tunnel?bulkhead mean green.. was going to use the ready to spray stuff from vintage sled paint
Everything else is will be blitz back.

A quart should be plenty. If you haven't done a lot of spraying, you may want to get a pint more, since you may have more overspray. This is for and HVLP gun. You will go through more with a conventional (low pot) gun.

My last time using paint from the JD dealer ten years ago we definitely thinned it..... Tom could probably provide more insight on what rate to thin it these days. Seems like I added about 1/3 thinner, maybe a little more if your good with a gun. Will run easier but dry faster!

You will definitely need to add some reducer to the black. I would add hardener as well to both the green and black, that is if you are using an enamel paint. It gives you a more durable finish. I believe the last time I sprayed Blitz, I used a 4:1:1/2 mix of paint to reducer to hardener, then add more reducer if necessary.

I tried getting a hold of the guy from vintagesledpaint.com. not sure of his name...he said he was out of town for work.. So I guess project is on hold til I can get paint from him.
Are all black parts the blitz black? Or are other parts a gloss black?
