CCW /KIORITZ PART NUMBERS
CCW /KIORITZ PART NUMBERS
I was wondering if anyone had a list of part numbers that took ccw part numbers and converted them over to the john deere part numbers. This would be a great resource to have if it exist at all. It would allow us to know what that ccw part number on a used part that is cast into the part or where the john deere part number sticker fell off over time where the only number showing is the ccw number.If anyone has this to send to matt then he may be able to post in the tech section in a pdf file. thanks Donald

The '72 parts book listed both JD and CCW part numbers, after that, I have no idea if any cross reference exists.

Thanks 400 brian for the reply, that is definitly a good start. I just finished checking vintage snow pdf and found a couple of parts catalogues with a few numbers.Catalogue pc-1415 shows kohler part numbers for early 300 and jdx4. Catalogue pc-1369 for the 1973 jdx8 shows ccw numbers in that.I cant find any more than that as of now.The models i have are cyclones and 78 liquifire but if we could find a complete list for all years (ccw kohler and kawasaki) deere sleds then that will be great.

The pc-1415 on vintage snow.com print date is april 1976.The later printed manuals must have been printed without the ccw numbers.

Skoalmint are these ccw parts books for all ccw engines or just for john deere. Does the engine serial numbers listed start from 1972 year and end in the 1978 year for john deere.

Good ? IDK ,I know they are only fan cooled engines in all of the books. I will have to check to see if i can find any dates in them.I know that each one starts w engine serial # ****** and goes to serial # ******* for example. They are pretty handy though, I had a couple jugs that didnt have the Deere part # on the box but did have the Kioritz # .Made it easy to ID them. Brock
