1981 Spitfire Parts

I have an 81 Spitfire that was a spare parts sled, but have sold my other 2 spitfires, so the parts are now for sale.
Good chassis, hood, seat foam, exhaust and skis.
Motor has good crankcase, but both cylinders are scored, no pistons, has lighting and ignition coils.
Track is there, but has rip down the center (not all the way around). Was working that way, but swapped it out on other sled. With new cleats, may work fine?

Not looking to get rich, but would like to recover some of the costs.
Whole lot can be had for $200, parts are mostly $25-$50, depending on what they are.
Sled is stored inside, dusty but not out in the rain.
