HoF Classic Sled Roundup

Post by JoeRainville »

The Hall of Fame "Classic Sled Roundup" is coming up in just a few weeks. The show will take place on Sunday, May 29th at the park in St. Germain. The HoF will also host a cook out on Saturday as a warm up event to the show.

The show and swap keeps getting bigger and better every year. You never know who you may run into at the cookout and show, not to mention what hidden treasures will be found in the swap.

Hope to see some of you JD guys there,

We have our Featherlite trailer for sale and if it's not sold by then I will be bringing it. Inside will be many 76 LF and Cyclone parts from donated sleds. Parts will be sold to benefit the HOF and our 2018 340/S Charity sled.

Allen,

I should have on a red HoF shirt at the show, but no matching 10 gallon hat. I will have a JD hat on however. Should any of that fail, call or text my cell: 585-406-4593. Hope not to miss you this year...

Guys,

A few more reasons to attend the cookout: celebrity sightings! A few years ago I was walking into the Hall before the cookout, and a nice gentleman was sitting next to the door relaxing. Turns out it was none other than Herb Howe, winner of the first I-500 in 1966. He even had his winning Polaris with him to display. It was amazing listening to his stories from back then. You never know who will attend this year, and you may find yourself in line for a brat next to one of your hero's...

I'm sorry that I failed to mention that the Featherlite has been sold. I'll be bringing the new Busco Bullet trailer.

I don't think Turtletown is large enough for this rig and you know my driveway won't hold it LOL.
