Track cleat replacment

Track cleat replacment
So I have a bad cleat on the X8. Musta took a good hit back in the day. I do have the updated 2/3 kimplex track. It was replaced in the mid 80s. But I can't seem to find any replacment options for that cleat online. Any ideas ?

Anyone know what diameter of a bolt kit works for these cleats? I've herd 3/16" but, want to order a set soon. Don't want wrong size.

In case anyone needed to know. The holes are 3/16. Just got new cleats in and measured with calipers.
