Idling issues

Just wondering if a weak fuel pump could be causing my idling problems? It almost seems like it is loading up at idle so don't think it's a low fuel issue? I notice the idle mixture screw is worn on the tip thinking that maybe the issue too and I hear the parts for the mikuni butterfly carbs are non exsitant
