CCW Kioritz Kec-440/22 Cylinders,Heads

Post by farleyjd400 »

Trying to find good or new NOS cylinders, and heads for a KEC-440/22. I have a KEC-400/22 engine that needs rebuild. It seems the crank, rods and the complete lower end is the same on KEC- 400/440-22 engines, they just used a different bore for the different cc's. Looking at my parts book it looks like the heads are also different. Since I need a rebuild i may as well build a 440 from what i got. It seems to be hard to locate cylinders, and heads for these engines. I would love to find a good running KEC-440/22 but they are also hard to find. If anybody has any information where i may be able to find these parts or a complete 440/22 engine please let me know. I might get lucky and find some parts at the Waconia show this weekend.

Thanks

I was searching “Deere Liquifire” on eBay and there were some NOS air cooled cylinder heads.
Good luck
