Wanted: Comet 90D or Salsbury 780
I've got a mismatched primary and secondary, so I'm hoping to make a matching pair one way or another. Let me know what you've got and how much!

Adam, so are you wanting to match the primary and secondary on your 72 400? We might be able to assist you. We're located in Churubusco, Indiana.

Thanks guys!
DA, I might be near your area in the next couple of weeks... I'm not sure yet. I'm going to try to dial in this carb a bit then I'll figure out if I need it for sure. If I remember correctly, it didn't have much top speed with it's current setup. But yes, ultimately I do want the primary and secondary to match up.

Adam, Are you going to match up the secondary to the primary that's on the sled? Or vice versa? If I remember, you had a Comet 100C on the sled, so I assume you're looking for the 90D. Here's one I found just looking through Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/John-Deere-Sno ... Sw-0xYbXfx
Probably needs to be rebuilt, but those parts are available, and might clean up pretty good. Not sure if the cap and bolt come with it, cause I don't see it in the photos.

Thanks for the link. Good to know that's a 90D... I wasn't sure which sleds had them.
I'm not sure which one I should match up... just something. I had the comet 102c. Does the 90D pair with it? I assume the secondary I currently have it for the Salsbury.

From pics on a previous topic, yes Adam has a Comet primary and a Salsbury secondary.
Adam, keep the Comet primary. I'm sure someone here can dig up the the 90D secondary for you and probably at a better price then that ebay listing.
